This Non-Discrimination Statement (NDS) describe how Point of Cure Acupuncture & Electromedicine (POC, WE, US, OUR) and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, including the medical practices and other healthcare entities with which POC contracts, complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws. NDS applies to POC websites, including pointofcure.com, applications, and services. NDS does not apply to websites, applications or services that display or link to different privacy statements.
 
POC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
 
POC will provide free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats).
 
POC will provide free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
